Not a confession. Ummm what photos of Kate “VISITING HOSPITALS, DOING COMMUNITY SERVICE, AND HELPING OUT KIDS?” You mean the 2 hour photo ops? Also when has Kate ever done community service?

She works with the scouts. Those aren’t photo ops.

Today, April 29, marks the first wedding anniversary of Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine “Kate” Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge. The couple were married in a lavish ceremony at Westminster Abbey, the groom wore an Irish Guards mounted officer’s uniform in Guard of Honour Order with a forage cap, rather than the bearskin hat. While the bride wore a Alexander McQueen dress, designed by Sarah Burton. Guests included many of the world’s reigning monarchs and many of the high British society.

William’s best man was his brother, Prince Harry, while the bride’s sister, Pippa, acted as her maid of honour. John Robert Hall, the Dean of Westminster, conducted the service, with Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury, conducting the marriage ceremony itself and Richard Chartres, the Bishop of London, giving the sermon. A reading was given by the bride’s brother, James.

If you remember a while back I posted a DIY Duchess post (you can find that post Here) on the beautiful shawl that Kate wore after her wedding last year. Well… I finally finished it!!!!!!!!!! It took forever. Not time wise, I have to admit that at one point I lost in and thought that I would never see it again, only to miraculously find it in my closet three months later! Opps! Well the final product looks beautiful!! I have to just wash it and pin it to get the best shape out of it but after I will post pictures!

I felt the need to post this after reading so many messages through out our royal fandom community. There is absolutely no reason to call anyone who runs a blog hateful things just because you disagree with them. Bullying is inexcusable and should not be tolerated. It just hurts my heart to read all the hateful things being written lately from anons. Tumblr is about having fun and self expression and all the negativity is really killing that. I know that my blog is such a small part of the royal tumblr community but I’m no matter how small a role I play I just want to stand up and say that bullying is wrong and I don’t condone it on this blog.

I couldn’t have been the only one who LOVED the Jacket Kate was wearing when she was walking Lupo. From what has been reported the jacket is believed to be by Barbour. I found a few great alternatives that are perfect for spring!
